Reading your post - and disagreement with my initial post, you do raise a point on the paper vs. viral responses. Putting (or keeping) my marketing hat on I&#039;d sugget a compromise - testing to see what works best for your organization. I&#039;ve certainly heard evidence that the paper test generates better response than online - but it&#039;s worth evaluating what works best (and what you can do to boost the rates you&#039;re currently getting!)
