This one-day event provides actors, singers, dancers and performing artists the unique opportunity to receive advice from agents, casting directors and successful actors. Over 2,000 attendees in New York City came to the Hammerstein Ballroom to attend casting calls, exhibits, panels, master series, intensives and focus sessions. As event producer, budgets, staffing, signage, tech, food & beverage and set-up were arranged, along with marketing assistance.
Working with Ginger Donner Events brought the operational excellence Back Stage needed to elevate its Actorfest tradeshow franchise to the next level.
