• Master Event Plan – This document of all services and event details is updated throughout the event planning process and provided on a regular basis as a reference for you
• Material Writing and Production – We draft, revise and finalize compelling copy specific to your audience, your event.
• On-site Management – We help recruit volunteers for non-profit organizations and/or provide experienced staff when additional hands are needed, on-site or leading up to the event. We arrive early and stay late so you can focus on developing relationships with your attendees, rather than managing logistics.
• Post-Event Evaluation – We lead or participate in closing discussions to make sure learning opportunities are captured.
• Registration – We build and maintain registration websites that suit your audience’s needs (up to a $3.95 per registrant fee will apply).
• Site Selection – We create thorough comparisons about venues that meet the specific needs of your event.
• Timeline – We lay out the list of tasks from the start of our involvement to post-event evaluation with a detailed timeline and report back as each item has been accomplished, including your internal roles and responsibilities.
•Travel Booking – We coordinate and book train and air travel in coordination with Montrose Travel Agency.
• Vendor Selection and Coordination – We work with your preferred vendors or can recommend trusted sources for catering, consulting, destination management, entertainment, event design, graphic design, photography, printing, promotions, production (audio-visual, lighting, staging, videography), and transportation, among others.
• Venue Relations Following site selection and contract signing, we facilitate venue arrangements through clear and consistent communication.
