Ginger Donnan came on board to help organize the planning of the National Stroke Association's first New York City fundraiser, the Spring Cocktail Reception. With just 2 months until the event, Ginger developed a plan that included revenue goals and expense reductions. She was the liaison to the venue, caterering, production and other vendors, organized the silent auction and gift bags donations and assisted the Event Chair and other Board Members with questions and concerns. Ginger Donnan was a go-to person for Autism Speaks during an important time of transition in our events department. I was given a 3 month window to plan a major international partner meeting in New York to be attended by over 400 individuals. In addition I needed to plan a formal Black Tie dinner dance on the following evening to be attended by 700 people. Virginia’s performance supporting the monthly renewable energy programs has been truly exceptional. She always responded with alacrity, made impeccable arrangements and could move quickly in response to last minute changes and needs. Virginia was always an absolute pleasure to work with.
